1. How do I find the battery I'm looking for?
You can either search for the battery you're looking for in our search box to give you a filtered search or you can browse by category to see the full range of products.
2. Do I need to register to order?
Yes you do need to register to order from GO:Golf, once you are ready to proceed to the checkout process you will be prompted to register for login details.
3. What happens once I've placed an order?
Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email. This will contain your order number, the item(s) you've ordered and where the order is going to be delivered. This email sometimes gets filtered as junk email, if you don't receive it make sure you check there, add us to your contacts so you know when you order has been dispatched and keep up to date with our latest offers.
4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day. Orders sent 1st class post should arrive in 1-3 days and 2nd class post should arrive in 2-5 working days. Overseas orders can take up to 10 days. If you have any queries about where your order is, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
5. Out of stock/Part back orders.
You can still order an item if it is out of stock and we will dispatch your order as soon as stock arrives. We will email you to let you know the lead time on the product and no money will be debited until your order is ready to be dispatched. If less than half the value of your order is out of stock we will part ship your goods, the number of batteries owed will be written on your invoice along with the lead time.
6. I've had my order dispatch email but my order hasn't arrived. What shall I do?
Please wait a week from the date of dispatch before emailing us. If your order has still not arrived please email email@example.com and we will investigate for you. Please note that we have been informed by Royal Mail that we have to wait 3 weeks before we can make a claim for a lost order.
7. My order has arrived but I've ordered the wrong item / received the wrong item, what shall I do?
You can return the incorrect items to us and we will process an exchange/credit for you. Please make sure you mark your order number somewhere on your return and which items you want exchanged/credited. If we are at fault your postage costs will be reimbursed.
